Diverse Movements
Diverse Movements is for school-aged children.
Diverse Movement's goal is to assist children with
ADHD & Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) participate in movement to enhance their participation, motor & social development.
6 children per class.
Our Diverse movement groups will be running on Monday afternoons from 3.45pm - 4.45pm & Saturday mornings from 11.15am - 12.15pm.

For Children participating in this class, an Initial 30 minute appointment is required so we can identify any concerns & goals.

NDIS & private funding welcome.
Classes are priced as per NDIS group rate

Gross motor skills & Participation
At Tots2Teens Physiotherapy, we are committed to providing a supportive and strength-based approach to help children with ADHD & ASD. We believe that play-based activities can be a powerful tool to help children improve their emotional, social, and behavioural regulation, as well as attention and learning. Our sensory-pleasing environment is designed to help children build on their strengths and develop their fine and gross motor skills in a safe nurturing space.

We are dedicated to helping children develop important social skills through play and teamwork. Our program focuses on building empathy, encouraging social participation, and fostering a sense of community.
